We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks. We do not accept COD.

Orders paid by check will not be shipped out until check has been cleared/deposited.

SHIPPING POLICY :

All orders are shipped via U.S Mail. Standard shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Although we are only open Friday and Saturday (and by Appointment only other days), we are able to ship orders out Monday through Saturday. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping after 5pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

 

BACKORDER POLICY : 

If any of your ordered merchandise is not in-store, we will notify you immediately of whether or not it can be obtained from our warehouse or needs to be replaced. A refund or store credit will be applied for any non-shipped merchandise.

RETURN POLICY (Online Orders Only) :

Buckhead Jewelry will happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 5 days from the invoice date for a refund or credit for all qualifying online orders. The refund excludes the original shipping charge. Buckhead Jewelry the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee. To inquire about a return, please contact us via telephone or email to request a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive your RA number, please include it with your original invoice in your packaging. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages and any shipping charges that arise from returning merchandise. Therefore, we recommend you insure and track your package. Merchandise must be received within 7 days of issuance of return authorization or your Return Authorization Number will be cancelled. You will receive an email notification from Buckhead Jewelry when we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.

If necessary, the merchandise will then be credited back to your credit card account or to your next online purchase.

In order to protect the privacy of our customers, we have established the following policy: Your personal information, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit card numbers (phone orders), will never be sold or given to a third party. This information will remain the sole property of Buckhead Jewelry, Inc. and used only to help us serve you better. Buckhead Jewelry does not view or store any credit card information for orders placed on our website. 

If you wish to change any of your personal information, you can do so at any time by going to “My Account”. Click on the feature you wish to modify: Login Credentials, Buyer Information, Business Information, or Shipping Information. You will be able to change any of this information.
